Hey, thanks for visiting my webby. My name is Oz Izzet, the Heart beat and founder of The Scissors of OZ ™ since November 2018 and now in our new hot spot in Peckham levels (level 5) made since September  2022.

I have been honouring hair for many with over 22 years experience, including skills within my services are make up, healing, art and a new series of workshops  “if in despair brush your hair”  to aid empowering experiences through hair. The first digital series is available to watch on my you Tube channel, The Scissors of Oz.

I am born and Bred in Peckham which is where I first started working with hair in the 90’s (yes the best era ever!) and now I’m very proud to have my own initiative based in Peckham. My businesses has predominantly been built on a ‘skill exchange’ basis and dismantles the ideologies of status and hierarchy by a non employment hub rather as a co-working space to help build individuals and give everyone the opportunity to lead and discover their space and business.
